Refund Policy

Because BenzoTaper costs only US$5 and is delivered as an instant digital download, we do not give refunds once your download is available.

Technical problems: If the 80/20 Smart-Taper sheet doesn't work properly for you, email support@benzotaper.com with your Stripe receipt. We'll fix the problem or send you a new version at no extra cost.

Buyers in the EU and UK: You normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. For digital downloads, that right ends once the download is made available, if you agreed at checkout to receive it right away and confirmed that you understood you would lose your right to cancel. At checkout, you give that agreement by ticking the box to accept our Terms before you pay.

Your legal rights: This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live, including your rights if a product is faulty.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Any approved refund is made through Stripe to your original payment method.
